Who we are

FIBEMI is the dedicated real estate management arm of the Duvel Moortgat Group, renowned for its rich history since 1871 and its portfolio of specialty beer brands.

Over the years, the family-owned Group has developed a substantial real estate portfolio that goes beyond production sites, playing a key role in shaping the Group's image.

In 2015, the Group established Moortgat Real Estate NV to focus specifically on its horeca properties. Under the leadership of Bernard Moortgat and his team, FIBEMI actively manages this niche portfolio, overseeing upgrades, leasing to third-party operators, and ensuring the long-term growth of the assets.
